Meet Danielle-
The Heart of Radiant Love
I found a connection to yoga when it became a powerful healing tool to
navigate chronic pain, anxiety and depression. I love that yoga encourages
connection to Self and nurtures personal growth throughout all of life’s stages.
With a background in psychology and child development, I acknowledge
that childhood and adolescence are pivotal time in development. I am
passionate about teaching yoga to children, because of my personal
experience growing up as ‘highly sensitive’. Yoga can be a valuable way for children to move through big feelings while learning to connect with their bodies and breath. Through playful movement and mindfulness, yoga gives children practical tools to build self-awareness, regulate emotions, and feel more grounded—all while having fun.
